We take pride in offering you excellent clothing at excellent prices. We will list the condition and note any flaws that we see. We want you to be able to order with confidence. However, no one is perfect and we may miss a small flaw. I try to err on the other side, stating anything I can see. Items come from a smoke-free, pet-free home. If you are unhappy with an item, you may return it within 10 days at your cost. Clothing bought with tags must still have tags attached. We will give you credit towards any other item you wish to purchase. |

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: We will gladly ship overseas. However, there will be an additional shipping charge that will NOT be reflected on your order. You may email me for a shipping quote, or you may pay the invoice amount and then pay the extra shipping when the amount is emailed to you. Packages will not be shipped until all charges are paid. Insurance charges will also be added. |

All orders are normally shipped with in 48 hours of payment. I normally ship Priority Mail with deliver confirmation. Larger orders are shipped UPS. If you order a Towel Buddie item, or something from our gift pages, they might come in seperate shipments. These items can take up to 2 weeks to arrive.....though they usually ship out with in 48 hours also. |
As customs regulations get more strict, we just had our first problem with a package going to Canada. We have found that most packages arrive in about 10-14 days.....however a package was returned because of a custom's regulation stating that Canada had to be spelled in all caps. I am hoping that this was just an isolated case. I now will require Canadian's to purchase insurance also. |
